Media Kingdoms recognizes the extreme ease of copying digital media, therefore returns are not accepted and no refunds can ever be given after a paid item has been sent. All content is either of an actual physical release, or a made-on-demand digital file or DVD-R copy of a purchased title. However, a request can be made to send another copy on DVD-R if purchased title arrives broken or corrupt. Fortunately for buyers, we verify everything before it is mailed out and pack with great care. As a result, we have still yet to this day, never encountered any issues with wrong items being sent, items being lost/broken in the mail, or securely sending any content delivery on-demand.
Media Kingdoms specialize in bringing rare or lost videos to the DVD market which others have ignored. Media Kingdoms has been a successful lost video project since 2015 working to bring the videos we all remember and love and that seem to be unavailable or forgotten. While a certain title copyright status may change over time, it is the copyright holder's responsibility to report to us of this change, and the request will be granted with proof of ownership. We have absolutely no intention of making a business out of providing any titles against the copyright owner especially if the videos may become available from another source with the absolute legal authority to do so. If something available on this site is claimed under copyright, please notify us of your right to request its non-availability and the action will be granted. If the title can be purchased elsewhere, please provide that link and we will proudly post that link to that titles listing on our database.
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on our website (mediakingdoms.com) infringes your copyrights, then you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing us with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or See 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that website.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the targeted material. Providing the URLs in the body of an email is the only way to locate those titles. URLs in every DMCA notice have to be no more than 10.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
A scanned physical document that proves you are or you are representing the copyright owner.
Please provide a valid email address username@copyrightcompany.com This will help you to prove you're representing or you're the legitimate copyright owner. We will not process requests from free mailboxes (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, MailRu etc)
All received emails have to be in plain/text. Our automatic system is built to block scripted emails to avoid malware infestation and therefore is not capable of understanding anything else other than plain text.
All mails should be sent to us using the form below or else they will not be processed - the system is automated and working only via messages relayed using the following form. Example : mailing our ISPs, domain or hosting services, or our support and request mailing addresses means we won't process your mails.
We delete only the availability of copyrighted materials that may be provided on DVD-R, not product pages / info pages as this website will eventually become a database of known existing material.
Personal or attorney notices will not be processed nor taken seriously. They have to come from companies or DMCA agents. Respect our work and we will respect yours. Threats wont do you any good. Depending on your approach, we will gladly respond to your requests with respect by ending availability through our website and provide a link to the material on another website if provided.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
If you are writing from europe please send us an European Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Directive request.
There are absolutely no files (included but not limited to: video/audio/multimedia files) hosted on this site. This site only contains a database of known media with offers of providing content on demand and occasionally links to 3rd party websites. If you want any of these third party links containing copyrighted files removed, you have to contact the website which hosts the file.
If these rules for a DMCA take down request are followed and proof is reviewed, it will take 1-4 working days to fully process.
Before you send us any take down request, please make sure you are the owner or on the behalf of the owner of the video or the contents. Please remember that any of our listed contents are not hosted digitally on our server, we just share the links available online or offer on demand services.
